The total transaction price will be $250 million.
Healthland Holding's affiliates include Healthland, American HealthTech and Rycan Technologies. Healthland providers EHR and clinical information solutions. HealthTech offers clinical and financial solutions for the post-acute care setting. Rycan provides SaaS-based revenue cycle management workflow and automation software.
