Arcadia Healthcare Solutions names Karl Stubelis CFO: 4 things to know

Burlington, Mass.-based Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, a provider of EHR data aggregation and analytics, appointed Karl Stubelis CFO.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Stubelis.

1. He has more than two decades of experience in financial and operational executive leadership positions across health IT and other industries.

2. Before joining Arcadia, Mr. Stubelis was CFO of EHR vendor athenahealth.

3. He also previously served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at SapientNitro, a division of Boston-based marketing and consulting firm Sapient. Last year, SapientNitro and Razorfish merged to form SapientRazorfish.

4. Mr. Stubelis joins Arcadia about six months after the company received $30 million in capital growth investments from new investors Merck Global Health Innovation Fund and GE Ventures, and existing investors Peloton Equity, Zaffre Investments and Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners.
