1. Solomon Urology in Port St. Lucie, Fla., added Dawn Ashton as billing manager.

2. True North, a business advisory, bookkeeping and operations services firm based in Chester, W. Va., promoted Jenny Hobbs to billing department manager.

3. Concord Township, Ohio-based Lake Health selected Phillip Brooks to serve as vice president of revenue cycle on a permanent basis, effective Jan. 23.

4. Promedical, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company based in Lexington, Mass., hired Roze Seale as regional vice president of sales for the company’s southeast territory.
