11 recent hospital outlook and credit rating actions

The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. Fitch affirms Kings' Daughters' Health's 'BBB+' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Madison, Ind.-based King's Daughters' Health's $95.3 million of series 2010 hospital revenue bonds. 

2. S&P raises Coffee Regional Medical Center's bond rating to 'BB'
S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating on Douglas, Ga.-based Coffee Regional Medical Center's bonds to "BB" from "BB-."

3. Fitch places Tulare Regional Medical Center's bonds on rating watch positive

Fitch Ratings placed Tulare (Calif.) RegionalMedicalCenter's $14.7 million of series 2007 fixed rate bonds on rating watch positive. 

4. Moody's assigns LOC-backed 'Aa2/VMIG 1' ratings to Premier Health Partners' bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned letter of credit-backed "Aa2/VMIG 1" ratings to Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health Partners' series 2016C, 2016D, 2016E and 2016F bonds.

5. Moody's assigns 'Baa2' rating to Boston Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa2" rating to Boston Medical Center's proposed $180 million of series 2016E revenue bonds.

6. Moody's downgrades Sonoma Valley Health Care District's GO bonds to 'Baa3'
Moody's Investors Service downgraded the rating on Sonoma (Calif.) Valley Health Care District's general obligation bonds to "Baa3" from "Baa1," affecting $34.2 million in outstanding obligations.

7. Moody's revises Milford Regional Medical Center's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa3" rating on Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center's $108 million of outstanding revenue bonds and revised the outlook to negative from stable.

8. S&P assigns 'BBB' rating to King's Daughters Medical Center's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned a "BBB" rating to Ashland, Ky.-based King's Daughters Medical Center's $75 million of series 2016A bonds. 

9. Moody's upgrades Hackensack University Medical Center's rating to 'A2'
Moody's Investors Service upgraded Hackensack (N.J.) University Medical Center's rating to "A2" from "A3."

10. Fitch places Heartland Health's bonds on rating watch negative
Fitch Ratings placed St. Joseph, Mo.-based Heartland Health's "A+" rating on $202 million of series 2001A, 2001B, 2001D, 2009A and 2012 bonds on rating watch negative.

11. Fitch assigns 'A+' rating to Premier Health Partners' bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an "A+" rating to Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health Partners' bonds.
