11 recent hospital outlook and credit rating actions

The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to Mendocino Coast Health Care District's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA-" long-term rating to Fort Bragg, Calif.-based Mendocino Coast Health Care District's $5.8 million of series 2016 bonds.

2. S&P revises NorthBay Healthcare System's outlook to stable
S&P Global Ratings revised Fairfield, Calif.-based NorthBay Healthcare System's outlook to stable from positive.

3. Fitch revises Owensboro Health's outlook to negative
Fitch Ratings revised Owensboro (Ky.) Health's outlook to negative from stable.

4. Moody's revises ProHealth Care's outlook to stable
Moody's Investors Service revised Waukesha, Wis.-based ProHealth Care's outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the "A1" rating, affecting $190 million of outstanding rated debt.

5. Fitch withdraws ratings on BayCare Health System
Fitch Ratings withdrew its "AA/F-1+" rating on Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System's series 2009A-3 bonds.

6. Moody's downgrades Trinity Health System's rating to 'Baa1'
Moody's Investors Service downgraded the rating to "Baa1" from "A3" on Steubenville, Ohio-based Trinity Health System's series 2010 fixed rate revenue bond ratings, affecting approximately $36 million. 

7. Moody's assigns 'Aa1/VMIG 1' to IHC Health Services' bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa1/VMIG 1" rating to Salt Lake City-based IHC Health Services' series 2016C, 2016D and 2016E bonds, affecting a total of $200 million.

8. S&P revises Lawrence General Hospital's outlook to stable
S&P Global Ratings revised Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital's outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the "BBB-" rating on its debt. 

9. S&P revises Catholic Health System's outlook to stable
S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook to stable from positive and affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health System and its bonds.

10. Fitch revises Calvert Health System's outlook to stable
Fitch Ratings revised Prince Frederick, Md.-based Calvert Health System's outlook to stable from positive.

11. Fitch affirms Mount Sinai Medical Center's 'BBB+' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Miami Beach, Fla.-based Mount Sinai Medical Center's bonds.
