The Edison, N.J.-based health system seeks to attract and retain talent for critical roles with monthly contributions to its employees’ associate or bachelor’s degree loan providers, according to a July 11 news release from Hackensack Meridian.
Registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers and registered respiratory therapists are among the roles eligible.
The program is in partnership with Bright Horizons’ student loan solutions program EdAssist.
