The hospital recently held a job fair focused on support services roles, including registrars, environmental service positions, food service attendants and others.

“We recognize that there is a lot of untapped potential in the community. Individuals that are skilled and also looking for work, we wanted to reach out and tap into those resources that we have,” Tracy McGlon, vice president of human resources at the medical center told WJHG/WECP.

Gulf Coast Regional also plans to hold a nursing career fair in January.
