The event, sponsored by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion in partnership with Ocala-based One Health Center, is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 22.
Healthcare businesses will seek certified nursing assistants, home health aides, licensed practical nurses, medical office assistants, registered nurses and other positions, according to CareerSource.
Expected career fair participants include Genesis Healthcare – Oakhurst Center in Ocala, Orange Park, Fla.-based Family Life Care, Ocala Health and Rehabilitation, One Health Center, The Vines Hospital in Ocala, and TimberRidge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ocala.
Local colleges will also be on hand to offer details about postsecondary healthcare programs and CareerSource will offer information about fee-free job-placement and career development services.
