Six healthcare companies and organizations made LinkedIn's list of the 50 best companies to grow one's career in the U.S.
To compile the list, released in April, LinkedIn examined its data to rank companies based on eight pillars:
- Ability to advance
- Skills growth
- Company stability
- External opportunity
- Company affinity
- Gender diversity
- Educational background
- Employee presence in the country
To be eligible, companies must have had at least 500 employees as of Dec. 31, 2022, in the U.S. and attrition no higher than 10 percent over the period of Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022, based on LinkedIn data. Read more about the methodology here.
