- Gender diversity
- Educational background
- Employee presence in the country
To be eligible, companies must have had at least 500 employees as of Dec. 31, 2022, in the U.S. and attrition no higher than 10 percent over the period of Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022, based on LinkedIn data. Read more about the methodology here.
