Tie standards into hiring practices

When hiring new employees, it is essential to make sure they agree with the work environment standards, according to a recent blog post from HealthStream.

A good way to utilize standards in the hiring process is to have potential employees sign an agreement before hiring that states they accept the standards already in place.
