Here are three things to know about the apartments, according to the report.
1. Eighteen of the 24 apartments in the complex are reserved specially for essential workers, meaning those who are employed by the hospital in lower-wage positions such as nurses’ aides and lab technicians.
2. Half of the new apartments will be available to current employees, while the rest will be available to recruit new employees.
3. The $6.3 million project received $1.83 million from the state’s housing incentive fund.
