Fletcher Allen Health Care Now Vermont’s Largest Private Employer

Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt., the state’s largest hospital, is now Vermont’s largest private employer, according to a Vermont Public Radio report.

FAHC took the title from an IBM plant, which had been Vermont’s largest private employer for years, according to the report.

Fletcher Allen employs 7,100 people, VPR reported.
