The practice employs 20 and offers acquatic therapy, sports medicine, work injury management, spinal rehab and vestibular and dry needling programs. Kim Chastain, a physical therapist who owns the practice, will become WellStar’s executive director of outpatient rehabilitation after the deal is complete.
