Specifically, the average satisfaction score for hospitals’ and health systems’ websites dropped four points to a 74 this year, but much of the gap was due to new sites being added to the small category; sites that were measured both this year and last year lost an average of only 0.3 points, according to a ForeSee news release.
Customer satisfaction with health insurer websites, on the other hand, increased this year, from 51 to 56 points. However, ForSee considers 56 a “low score,” according to its release.
