In turn, St. Elizabeth’s, which is part of Boston-based Steward Health Care System, must follow Dana-Farber’s treatment protocols for oncology patients and will pay Dana-Farber an undisclosed fee for its services. St. Elizabeth’s is also investing $5.5 million to renovate the hospital’s hematology and oncology unit as part of the agreement.
