The Children’s Hospital Graduate Medical Education Support Reauthorization Act (S. 958) would reauthorize up to $330 million in funding for pediatric residency training programs. Without the reauthorization, the funding would be cut as part of President Obama’s 2012 budget.

A similar bill is under consideration in the House.
