Kansas’ Via Christi Hospital Joins Midwest Cancer Alliance

Wichita, Kan.’s Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis has joined the Midwest Cancer Alliance, according to a hospital news release.

The MCA works to improve cancer care in Kansas by providing local access to new advancements in care. For example, it brings findings from labs at The University of Kansas Cancer Center in Kansas City to a network of hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis will be a member of the MCA Clinical Trials Network, which will provide the hospital with access to advanced clinical trials, an increased network of cancer professionals and an expansion of professional education.
