Dr. Evenson is the medical director for Sparks Health System’s anesthesia department in Fort Smith, Ariz. Sparks Health System contracts with EmCare for anesthesiology services. The South Division is made up of contracts at more than 160 facilities throughout the country.
Dr. Evenson received his anesthesiology training from Saint Louis University Medical Center.
