The institute is supported by a collaboration between Phoenix Children’s, The University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix and the Translational Genomics Research Institute.
The institute’s goal is to use molecular medicine to develop individualized drugs for patients based on their genetic makeup. The team at the institute will focus on pediatric cancers first, and later expand to other pediatric diseases.
