Ohio long-term care hospital closes

Life Line Hospital, a long-term acute care facility in Wintersville, Ohio, closed June 9.

One of the hospital’s physicians told WTOV all patients were transferred to other facilities before the hospital shut down.

Life Line occupied the second floor of a building that also houses Weirton Medical Center. WMC is not affected by Life Line’s closure, according to WTOV.
