The neuroscience units will take over the vacated intermediate care unit. The expansion is designed to serve a larger number of spine, neurosurgery and stroke cases.
The project will also add floors to the hospital’s Emergency Department Pavilion.
The entire project is tentatively slated for completion in January 2015.
