Morristown (N.J.) Medical Center. In 2015, Morristown Medical Center was recognized with the American College of Cardiology’s prestigious ACTION Registry-Get with the Guidelines Platinum Performance Award for the fourth consecutive year. This award recognizes sustained achievement of performance measures in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients. The medical center also received Healthgrades’ America’s 50 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Surgery Award and America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Care Award in 2015 for the third consecutive year, and was ranked among the top 50 hospitals in the country for cardiology and heart surgery by U.S. News & World Report for 2015-16.
