Memorial Hospital Jacksonville to Construct Freestanding ED

Memorial Hospital Jacksonville (Fla.) is planning to construct The Memorial Emergency Center-Atlantic, a freestanding emergency center, in Jacksonville, according to a report by The Florida Times-Union.

The 9,000-square-foot facility will include 10 beds and a dedicated pediatrics area.

Construction will begin later this year, according to the report.
