The targeted integration date is July 1. Spectrum Health and Mecosta County Medical Center officials did not disclose financial details, but a previous report in November indicated Spectrum Health will pay Mecosta County almost $8.5 million to operate the 74-bed hospital.
Mecosta County Medical Center will be the 10th hospital under the Spectrum Health umbrella.
