Massachusetts Beth Israel Hospital Breaks Ground on New Cancer Center

On April 1, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham (Mass.) broke ground on a new cancer treatment center, which is expected to be complete in 2014, according to a Needham Patch report.

The facility will include a surgical center on its second floor.

The surgical center will offer general surgery, cancer, gastroenterology, orthopedic, ENT and orthopedic services.
