Judie Charlton, MD. CMO of WVU Medicine (Morgantown, W.Va.). Dr. Charlton became the primary physician executive in WVU Healthcare when she took on the CMO role in 2011. She joined the WVU department of ophthalmology in 1989 and became the department chair in 2008. She earned her medical degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown.
