Healthcare.gov also has a companion site, CuidadoDeSalud.gov, for Spanish-speakers, and the toll-free hotline offers information in 150 languages, which HHS hopes will allow as many to become informed as possible.

The initial education period will continue into October, when Healthcare.gov will also allow consumers to create accounts and shop for insurance in the marketplace.

Enrollment in the exchanges is set to begin Oct. 1 of this year, and coverage will apply Jan. 1st of 2014.
