Franciscan Health receives $30M donation for cancer center

Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Health Foundation received its largest gift ever, which will be used to create a new cancer center.

The Dean and Barbara White Family Foundation donated $30 million for the creation of The Dean and Barbara White Cancer Center, according to a foundation news release published Nov. 13. The 71,000-square-foot, three-story cancer center will consolidate Franciscan’s existing cancer services.
