Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist HealthCare has named Allison Dichoso vice president and chief human resources officer, effective May 5.
Ms. Dichoso will succeed Brendan Johnson, who transitioned in January to a medical center in Kansas, according to an April 23 news release.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Dichoso served as director of human resources for the city of Newport News, Va. She also served in human resources leadership positions for the city of Stockton, Calif., the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, the American Psychiatric Association, U.S. Foodservice and the AARP, the release said.
