Navy Medicine awards $79M to Accenture for telehealth support

Navy Medicine awarded consulting firm Accenture's federal business a potential five-year, $79 million contract to help manage its telementoring program.

Under the contract, Accenture Federal Services will support the U.S. Navy's Bureau of Medicine and Surgery's telehealth and online healthcare expert portal platforms.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will cover a 60-month ordering period beginning in July. The contract also covers training, data analytics and teleradiology, among other aspects.
