Mayo to offer sleep care via telehealth

Mayo Clinic, based in Rochester, Minn., is offering sleep care to its patients using its Mobile Health Clinic.

Once patients are referred to sleep medicine by a healthcare team, they can make an appointment for the Mobile Health Clinic via the patient portal or by phone. 

Once the patient arrives at the mobile clinic, a staff member will create a telehealth visit with a sleep medicine professional, according to an Oct. 16 news release from Mayo.
