St. Barnabas Hospital is a 461-bed acute care teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center. The hospital’s average savings was 13 percent early on and currently ranges 19 percent to 29 percent. Between 2008 and 2009, the hospital realized 84 percent improvement in price accuracy.
