Medline upgrades Texas distribution site

Medline’s 800,000-square-foot distribution center in Wilmer, Texas, recently installed AutoStore robotic order fulfillment technology, Medline said April 1.

Twenty of the company’s distribution centers feature the automated storage and retrieval system, and more than 1,700 automation robots help deliver medical supplies to 95% of the nation. The Wilmer facility, which opened in 2016, manages more than $1 billion in medical supplies.
