Medline scoops United Medco

Medline acquired United Medco, a national provider of supplemental benefits and member engagement solutions, on Jan. 10.

The acquisition will focus on wielding United Medco’s supplemental benefits offerings for more than 1 million people who are members of Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid and commercial insurance plans, according to a Medline news release. 

As part of the deal, Medline will take control of United Medco’s facility in Coral Springs, Fla.
