Ville Platte, La.-based Mercy Regional Medical Center has signed a prime vendor agreement with Medline for medical-surgical products and distribution services.
Medline will supply commodity items, urology products and distribution services to support the health system’s ordering and delivery of medical supplies, according to a Sept. 2 news release.
Mona Soileau, director of supply chain and logistics at Mercy Regional Medical Center, said the organization evaluated several needs when selecting a prime vendor, including the ability to address supply chain disruptions and provide proactive service.
