Sayre, Pa.-based Guthrie Medical Center has named Tim Rauschmeier as its new senior vice president of supply chain.
Mr. Rauschmeier brings 17 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, most recently serving as chief supply chain officer for Detroit-based Henry Ford Health, according to a July 2 news release from Guthrie.
In his new role, Mr. Rauschmeier will oversee procurement, logistics, sourcing, inventory management and cost control initiatives across the health system. He will also lead vendor partnerships and drive efforts to improve operational efficiency in support of patient care delivery, the release said.
