Global Healthcare Exchange has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Prodigo Solutions, a supply chain and data enablement technology company based in Pittsburgh.
Prodigo will be the fourth acquisition by GHX in four years, according to an April 17 GHX news release, and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
