GHX names 50 best healthcare supply chains in North America

Global Healthcare Exchange released its annual list of the 50 best healthcare supply chains in North America.

The 2016 GHX "Best 50" Supply Chains in North America list recognizes healthcare organizations for their work to improve operational performance and lower costs through supply chain automation, according to an emailed news release.

To compile the list, GHX assessed the performance of more than 4,000 hospitals in the U.S. and Canada connected to the GHX electronic trading exchange, according to an emailed release.This year's list includes 51 organizations due to a tie between two providers.

Here are the 2016 winners, listed in alphabetical order.
