Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne are dermal fillers injected under the facial skin. Once injected, the products help smooth away the wrinkles and folds that may form around the sides of a patient’s nose and corners of the mouth, according to a news release.

Restylane Refyne was approved to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and Restylane Defyne was approved to treat deeper facial wrinkles.

Fort Worth, Texas-based Galderma developed the products.
