Cardinal Health opens its largest at-home distribution center

Every day, warehouse employees and robotic technology will ship about 8,000 packages to patients’ homes from Cardinal Health’s new distribution center in Greenville, S.C., the company said Aug. 28.

At 350,000 square feet, the facility is the largest distribution center for the company’s at-home solutions business, according to a news release. Products include continuous glucose monitors, incontinence and ostomy supplies, enteral nutrition pumps and formulas, and breast pumps. 

The healthcare supply company said the site will help with the growing needs of the aging population and the expanding home health services market.
