The hospital is seeking a food vendor to avert the crisis.

The hospital attempted to evacuate critical patients on Sunday night; however, the torrential rainfall and waist-high water prevented the ambulance from moving. The hospital still plans to evacuate 20 critical patients out of the 350 admitted, according to the report.
