Joel Grade will exit his role as executive vice president CFO of Baxter International, a global medical technology company, to “prioritize family matters.”
Mr. Grade will continue in an advisory capacity with the company until April 30, according to a March 16 news release.
Baxter has named Anita Zielinski interim CFO, effective immediately, as the company works to permanently fill the role.
Ms. Zielinski will maintain her senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller role at Baxter while serving as interim CFO.
