The council recognized the system with its 2023 Corporate Spend-Regional and its 2023 Corporate Total MBE Spend awards. This is the second time Banner has been recognized for its supplier diversity and inclusion commitment, according to a Dec. 6 system news release.
Banner’s diversity program was established in 2022 and launched in 2023. In that time, it has launched a supplier portal, recruited a dedicated program manager and joined several councils as a corporate member.
