The hospital, which opened in 1950, has grown its services with the help of Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health, which provides professional management through a lease agreement that was first signed in 1973, according to the news release.
For example, there are five rural health clinics in Tillamook and Lincoln Counties and home health and hospice services. Tillamook Regional Medical Center also has access to cardiac services through a partnership with Adventist Health’s Northwest Regional Heart Center in Portland, Ore.
“The term Medical Center speaks to the wider range of services than just a hospital, with the term Regional embracing residents throughout Tillamook County and beyond,” the release stated.
