Rhett Stover. President and CEO of Oklahoma State University Medical Center (Tulsa). OSUMC, a 249-bed hospital, is the nation’s largest osteopathic teaching facility and is managed by St. Louis-based Mercy, the fifth largest Catholic healthcare system in the nation. OSUMC is home to 11 residency programs and nine fellowship programs. Since Mr. Stover took the helm in 2014, the facility has undergone a financial turnaround and recorded a 14 percent increase in patient volumes between fiscal years 2014 and 2015. Prior to becoming president and CEO of OSUMC, Mr. Stover was regional vice president of payer relations and contracting at Mercy.
