Tennova Healthcare is a network of five acute care hospitals in the Knoxville region, fostering an environment where employees are celebrated and supported in their quest to provide high-quality patient care. In 2025, two Tennova hospitals achieved voluntary turnover rates for all hospital employees and registered nurses well below the national average. The internal medicine residency program and on- campus nursing school, in collaboration with Jersey College of Nursing, is actively preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
