Fortune, which published its 71st Fortune 500 list on June 2, also partnered with Indiggo to publish the ROL100, a ranking that examines “ReturnOnLeadership” of the top 100 Fortune 500 companies.
The proprietary ranking relies on publicly available information to assess “return on leadership,” a metric based on four factors, as defined by Fortune and Indiggo: connection to purpose, strategic clarity, leadership alignment, and focused action.
