U.S. News & World Report released its Best Children's Hospitals rankings for 2023-24 on June 21, with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center earning the top spot for the first time. 

A data visualizer shows the 10 most similar hospitals to any one benchmark hospital, challenging traditional, ordinal rank lists in a time of great volatility for hospitals.

Fortune has released its list of 50 best places to live for families, which analyzed nearly 1,900 cities nationwide and more than 200,000 unique data points to determine the best place in each state.

Hawaii, South Dakota and Minnesota rank in the top three for residents with the least mental distress, while West Virginia residents reported the worst mental distress.

The emergency medicine specialty has the highest percentage of physicians who are still paying off student debt, according to Medscape's "Physician Wealth & Debt Report" published June 9. 

Practice Greenhealth, an organization that provides healthcare companies with sustainability solutions, selected 25 hospitals for its 2023 Environmental Excellence Award.
