Fifty-one Americans in healthcare were included on Forbes‘ annual billionaires list.

The 2026 list includes 3,428 entrepreneurs, investors and heirs across the globe — a record since the list began in 1987. It was developed using stock prices and exchange rates from March 1, according to Forbes.

Here are the U.S. healthcare billionaires on Forbes‘ “World’s Billionaires List,” along with their rank across all industries and countries:

Editor’s note: This list includes all U.S. healthcare billionaires in addition to two EHR founders, which were not listed under Forbes’ healthcare category.
