UnitedHealthcare, the health insurance arm of UnitedHealth Group, ranked first among 100 organizations HealthiestEmployers honored for employee well-being in 2018.

For its assessment, HealthiestEmployers focused on employers who upheld corporate plans for creating a productive and top-performing workforce, instead of only reducing health claims or injuries.
